RAW MATERIAL'S QUALITY CONTROL
Quality raw material is the first step to manufacture qualified products. Accordingly, it is our first choice to cooperate with best raw material factory. When incoming a batch of new material, we will first test the chemical composition to check if there is any errors. In addition, we have a separated material warehouse to place materials with different specifications. To better management, we distinguish them with different colors.
STANDARD MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Process of drop forging is important to do quality control. We have many advanced equipments of forging and production managements process. In addition, the abilities of workers will directly affect the quality of products. Thus, all the workers hired are all rich-experienced with more than 20 years. We also carry out regular training and evaluation for them to make them stronger.
